I’ve spent decades in education — mentoring, leading, and learning alongside incredible students and staff. But it wasn’t until I fully embraced the idea of living like a Big Kid that everything shifted. 

Being a Big Kid doesn’t mean being immature — it means seeing the world with curiosity, having the courage to laugh loudly, and the freedom to fail forward. I realized the joy I once felt as a child could be the fuel for personal growth, leadership, and real change — in classrooms, boardrooms, and homes.

Being a role model through friendly exchanges and conversations with everyone I come in contact with is what I strive for daily.

Whether it’s conversation with people I encounter daily in my life,  coaching educators, speaking to students, or leading workshops — every message I share starts from a place of ownership. Through thousands of conversations, I’ve seen lives shift. I believe we all carry the spark — we just need to believe in it, act on it, and pass it on.
